Why hub-drop for the subscription?
Operational efficiency. When we batch pickups from one hub instead of driving to 30 different dorms, we cut driver time per car in half. The savings is why the subscription is $89 instead of $250.
Where exactly is the campus hub?
We coordinate with each campus on a designated parking spot. At Liberty + JMU, the hubs are within a 5-minute walk of dorm clusters. We send subscribers the exact location at signup.
What about during exams or breaks?
Subscription auto-pauses June–August (summer break). Mid-semester finals: schedule more charges than your tier covers — overage trips are billed at the on-demand rate.
Why .edu email verification?
Student pricing applies to currently-enrolled students. We verify .edu addresses on signup and re-verify annually.
What if my dorm doesn't have a parking lot near the hub?
Use the On-Demand tier — we pick up where you tell us, at student rates ($59/trip vs $99 standard).
