The problem

A named condition: charge anxiety.

You bought an EV to save time. Now you waste 3–4 hours a week sitting at a charger, arguing for the last open stall at 5pm, or driving 25 minutes out of your way at midnight. Apartment EV ownership is the worst kind of paradox.

Simply fixes it without adding anything to your life.

How it works

Three steps. The middle one isn't yours.

01

You schedule

Pick a window — “pick up by 1pm, back by 4” — in the app. Specify Tesla valet mode, in-person key handoff, or a lockbox. That's your part.

02

We handle

A vetted Simply driver picks up your EV, drives it to the fastest charger nearby, plugs in, waits, and returns the car battery-full to your spot. Every step photo-documented.

03

You drive

Your car is back where you left it, charged, with a receipt and photo log in the app. You did your own thing the whole time.

Pilot users

Why our pilot drivers stayed.

We're early. These are our first paying users, named by role + city until they choose to be public.

I have a Model Y and live in a high-rise — no L2 access. Before Simply, I was spending 3 hours a week at the Tysons Supercharger. Now I get my Saturday back.

We tested Simply with one of our company EVs while figuring out fleet charging. The chain-of-custody photo log alone convinced our insurance broker to drop our premium.

My daughter was at 14% twice in her first month at JMU. Simply Campus auto-charges her car twice a week and we just don't think about it anymore.

We do not fabricate testimonials. Pilot users are real — names withheld until they opt in publicly.

Custody & safety

Treated like a $60K asset. Because it is.

Every Simply trip generates an audit-grade chain of custody: pre-trip 4-corner walkaround, odometer photo, battery state-of-charge screenshot, GPS-stamped photo at every step, and a final return photo before you ever pick up your keys.

The same workflow Turo uses to settle damage claims. We use it before there's any claim to settle.

  • Vetted drivers

Every driver passes a Checkr background check + MVR review. W-2 path for top-rated drivers after 6 months of perfect ratings.

  • $250K garage-keepers insurance

Covers your car while it's in our custody — including EV battery protection.

  • GPS + photo at every step

You see real-time location, pickup photos, charge session, dropoff photos in the app.

  • 1-hour damage acknowledgment

If anything happens, we acknowledge within 1 hour. Fix within 7 days. No deductible.

FAQ

The honest answers.

How do I know my car is safe?
Every Simply driver passes a Checkr background check and MVR review. Every trip is GPS-tracked end-to-end with photo documentation at pickup, charge, and dropoff. We carry $250K garage-keepers insurance covering your car while it's in our custody — including EV battery protection.
What if my car gets damaged?
Insurance covers it. We acknowledge any damage claim within 1 hour, fix within 7 days, no deductible. Our pre-trip photo log shows exactly what was there before.
Who pays for the electricity?
Entry tier ($99): you pay your own account at standard rates (with a Simply-customer discount where we've negotiated one). Premium tier ($399): we cover all charging via our reserve account, including free charging at EVgo + Electrify America.
Where do you charge?
Wherever's fastest from your pickup location. Tesla Supercharger if you have a Tesla, Electrify America 350kW for non-Tesla EVs, EVgo or ChargePoint as backup. We never use slow L2 chargers — only DC fast chargers.
Can I leave personal items in the car?
Yes. Drivers don't touch the cabin beyond what's needed to drive. The charge happens with the doors locked — driver waits nearby, not inside.
What if my car isn't a Tesla?
Three handoff options: Tesla valet mode (for Tesla), digital key share (Ford, Hyundai, others), or a Simply lockbox for any non-app-enabled car. Details on the handoff page.
